Schneider Electric has issued a safety recall for certain Square D QO Plug-On Neutral Load Centers (Electrical Panels) manufactured between: February 1, 2020 – January 12, 2022 A potential loose neutral screw connection inside the panel may cause overheating, which can create: fire hazards, risk of property damage, and risk of personal injury. This issue may affect condominium units, townhomes, and HOA/COA properties.

The 888-778-2733 number allows you to speak directly with a representative and send photos of your panel. They will advise whether your panel is included in the recall. If the panel is confirmed as part of the recall, Schneider will require your full name and property address. Schneider will then dispatch an electrician of their choice to inspect the panel. The inspection and any necessary replacement will be paid for by Schneider Electric. Safety is Schneider Electric’s highest priority, and they are working closely with the Consumer Product Safety Commission on this program.
